| Ex-SAGE Showdown (3.6 Mb) - Download This is very similar indeed to the Xenoclan demo. Clearly one of them inspired the other, I'm not sure which way round it was. Anyway, this is another demo of blatent correography but great fun all the same. It's slightly "darker" than the Xenoclan one, maybe because the clan had folded or something, I'm not sure. It's definitely a must-see demo though so check it out. | 14 June 2000 [ 8.5 ] Movie Source: PQ-Cineplex Hosted by: FilePlanet |

| Immortal Showcase - 6 Demos Immortal was without doubt one of the greatest ever players of Quake 2. Players of his standard have mainly left the scene. He was generally quite aggressive, a bit of a gobshite at times, but his play was always amazing. I love watching him play because he goes for any shot and doesn't die much. This small selection of demos shows how great he was. Immortal-vs-7 Others on The Edge - 640 Kb Immortal-vs-All of Clan Abuse - 675 Kb Immortal-vs-Makaveli - 650 Kb Immortal-vs-Thresh - 585 Kb Thresh-vs-Immortal - 600 Kb Immortal in a 5v5 Pickup on The Warehouse - 1.1 Mb | 3 June 2000 [ 8.8 ] Various Source: Staynes Hosted by: Revilla |

| HooD-vs-SPKs (1 Mb) - Download Here's a great game on Tokays Towers. This was a Division 3 match and SPKs were a great clan, make no mistake. Unfortunately they left the league despite gaining a promotion spot. It's from Vincent's POV so expect some shady spectator track-camming, which never works :), but there's also plenty of real POV so check it out :). | 3 June 2000 [ 7.9 ] Team-DM Source: UKCCL Hosted by: SavageDemos |

| Unknown Scandinavian Dueller (370 Kb) - Download Thanks to Zipgun for this excellent demo. The player, known only as "unknown" is brilliant, with a complete mastery of The Edge. He does the megahealth jumps backwards and forwards and an amazing Fatality inspired rocket-jump-off-the-wall-propelled jump from the grenade launcher to the megahealth room. I don't know for sure who it is but I suspect it's Shub. | 29 May 2000 [ 8.1 ] Duel Source: Zipgun Hosted by: Revilla |
| | UK Trials and Team Demos This was really exciting to follow. All the UK's greatest players coming together for a series of team deathmatches, competing for the prize of a trip to France to compete against the French team. Only ten would be chosen and of those, four would travel to France. The standard was obviously brilliant and one of my former teammates, <HooD>Stormkeep, was a member of the 10 man team. The demos weren't made very obviously available, they were tucked away on one of the admins ftps so not everyone will have seen them. Anyway, here's a selection from four of the best players, Nimrod, Stormkeep, Luke and Blokey. It's very, very rare to get this much class on a server at the same time.

Team After these very exciting trials the final team selected was: Billox [EED] Blokey [UNR] Drugz [SS] Luke [UNR] Mist [CoG] Nimrod [Rv] Shigeru [CFH] StormKeep [HooD] Tasan [UNR] Vorvavoo [Rv] These guys then practised together playing some intensive games for two days straight (actually beginning at 6am Stormy told me). Following these practice games Billox, Luke, Shigeru, Blokey and Mist were selected for the team. Here are the five matches, all from Blokey's pov: UK-vs-France - Match 1 - Blokey(Q2DM1) UK-vs-France - Match 2 - Blokey(Q2DM3) UK-vs-France - Match 3 - Blokey(Q2DM1) UK-vs-France - Match 4 - Blokey(Q2DM3) UK-vs-France - Match 5 - Blokey(Q2DM1) | 27 May 2000 [ 8.6 ] Team-DM Source: Comatosed Hosted by: Revilla |

| The Edge Trick Jumps by Polosatiy (60 Kb) Download POV / Recam Hehe, this demo is amazing. Someone linked it on the UKCCL message board and I was impressed by it, so now it's here :). The UNR trick jump demo was good but this Russian guy's jumps are something special. He double jumps where you would never think to try. Amazing skill. There's a POV and recam demo available. | 6 May 2000 [ 8.1 ] Team-DM Source: Unknown Hosted by: Revilla |

| Rude Bwoy Style (640 Kb) - Download This is easily one of the best demos ever and features such an amazing display of skill that you almost feel like giving up the game. Rude was amazing and a natural - no question. The demo also has a thumping soundtrack and all at 640 Kb. Brilliant. | 8 April 2000 [ 9.3 ] Team-DM Recam Source: Rude's Site Hosted by: Revilla |
 | HooD-vs-SPAM Recam (2.1 Mb) - Download This is an edited demo of my part in HooD's victory over SPAM in the first round of the Season 7 HPB UKCCL Cup. It's probably a bit egotistical to recam a relatively easy match to make myself look good, but then Quake players are by nature a little egotistical :). I've added in a soundtrack - My Favourite Game, by the Cardigans. It's not a true recam, it's just an edit from my own POV but please check it out. I think I got rid of all my mistakes, in fact I'm sure I did :)) | 31 March 2000 [ 8.1 ] Team-DM Recam Source: Revilla Hosted by: SavageDemos |
